Neverending Nightmare

Author's note:

My first intention was to write another David smut story but my wicked mind had planned something else, hehehe. Nothing really smart, though. Don't expect a big supsence and a clever plot.

In the previous version of this story, the female OC had my liknesses but I changed my mind about it. Why? Because I guess people don't really want to read stories about me, lol. But I did not give Alayna any other liknesses just in case it would fit someone else's and make her think she's concerned. Which is far to be the case.

How did I come to this idea? I was having fun with a friend of mine who's passion is writings too. We laughed to see us having our silly fics as a nightmare over and over again. I wouldn't mind to have David in my nightmares every night; would you?

Disclaimer:

All publicly recognisable characters, settings, etc... are the property of their respective owners. David does not belong to me, unfortunately. I'm in no way associated with the owners, creators, or producers of any media franchise. No copyright infringement is intended. And, once again, no money is made with this... who would want to pay for it, honestly? lol.

Warnings:

This story is rated R and contains blood play and charater's undeath.

As far as she could see, there was a light fog all around her. All she could perceive was the sweet music of the waves crashing on the rocks, down the cliff edge. The smell of the salty water invaded her lunges. Alayna felt the hot summer wind play with her hair. She closed her eyes and enjoyed the moment at the Hudson’s Bluff, overlooking the point. It was so good.

Alayna recognised the sound of his steps as he approached her from behind. Before she could turn around, he placed his hands on her shoulders and leaned in until his lips touched her ear.

“Lost?” he whispered.

The contact of his hot breath sent a shiver down her spine. He smelled like tobacco and …. something she couldn’t identify yet.

“Where am I?” She asked, turning around.

As soon as her eyes reached his, she felt his mind capturing hers and invading her thoughts. Despite his imposing stature, his calm and his low motion that would have scared more than one lonely girl, she was fascinated and thrilled.

“Does it matter where we are?” David questioned.

“Is it where you live?” Alayna continued, still captured by David’s stare.

“Wanna see?” he proposed.

Alayna nodded. A vicious smile graced David’s lips as he headed towards his bike. With no hesitation, she climbed behind him. She had no idea of where they were going but she didn’t mind, she was riding with a very handsome, sexy and mysterious young rebel. He was his type of guy and she’d do anything not to see him run away from her. She barely remembered the last time she had had a boyfriend.

Alayna was aware that David was speeding up, driving very fast between the wooden piles of the pier but she did not mind, she just clenched her fingers into his black coat. Anyway, her heart pounded in her chest when David’s bike jumped through a bonfire on the beach. David was not only handsome, sexy and mysterious; he also had this little touch of madness she liked so much.

She was so proud to ride behind him when they noisily arrived at the boardwalk. Every one looked at them when the engine roared before David parked the bike. She was secretly saying to all the envying girls over there that this wild biker was hers.

“Santa Carla!” David said, lighting a cigarette as he got off the bike. “Do you like it?”

“Sure!”

Alayna looked around her and got fascinated by all these lights, by all these melted smells of different foods, by all the noises of the attractions and by all the screams of people riding the Giant Dipper. She couldn’t believe that she was living the most exciting moment of her life.

David softly passed a hand around her waist and pulled her closer.

“You’d like to scream too?” He asked.

She smiled at him. He replied with a smile, something sparkling into his eyes.

“Come with me.”

Alayna let him guide her down the stairs. She did not get scared when they walked away from the crowd, not even when darkness surrounded them so David was now no more than a black silhouette. All she could see was the red light of his cigarette. David inhaled one last smoke from it and threw it away.

With his gloved hand, he cupped her face and slid his finger through her hair. She closed her eyes again, enjoying his soft touch. With his other hand, he slowly started to unbutton her shirt. She let out a whisper as he slid the shirt off her shoulder, uncovering her naked breast.

“Oh yes,” she whispered.

“I’ll ask again, would you like to scream too?” David said.

“Oh yes!”

Alayna opened her eyes right in time to see two little yellow lights flashing amber in the night. But there weren’t cigarette lights, they were David’s eyes. She heard a deep growl and realised a bit too late that David had nothing of a handsome, sexy and mysterious young rebel. She saw the beast, she saw the monster and she felt his bite in her neck.

Blood split all around. The pain was unbearable. She screamed loudly but the sound faded as David sucked her blood out. She tried to fight him off; she caught the collar of his coat. But soon, she let go, unable to move, feeling life leaving her body.

“N….. No….” she whispered one last time.

“Calm down, calm down,” A voice said.

“Help!” shouted Alayna, looking around her. She had recovered her voice.

The beach had disappeared. Instead of hearing the music of the waves, a man with a white blouse was telling her to calm down, holding her shoulders strongly. Instead of smelling the salty water, she smelled the stench of disinfectant and hospital. The walls were all white. A nurse urged to her with a syringe.

“Where…?”

“You’re at Saint Joseph’s Behavioral Health Center, California,” the doctor said.

“Santa Carla…” she started.

“No, Stockton! Your name is Alayna Illingworth, You’re 25. Do you remember? I am Doctor Mc Mahon. ”

Alayna did not reply.

“You’ve been sent here because you’ve got hallucinations,” the doctor continued.

“Hallucinations?” She repeated.

“You say that you see vampires. Is David a familiar name to you?”

“David, noooooooooooo!” She screamed with fear, trying to shake off the doctor’s grip.

“It’s not real! It’s all in your mind!”

As she wasn’t calming down, struggling in the doctor’s hold, the nurse injected the content of her syringe in Alayna’s arm. And soon, Alayna felt the effect of the drug. She gave the doctor one last look.

“Everything’s fine now,” Doctor Mc Mahon said, releasing his grip on her.

The last thing Alayna remembered is the doctor’s reassuring voice before she fell asleep.
